What Happens If I Deactivate the Entra ID Integration?



The Microsoft Entra ID account that you deactivate stops syncing data, but no data is removed from Substly.

After deactivating the integration, you can remove Groups, off-board Users, and archive Services on their respective pages.

If you reactivate a deactivated Entra ID account, you can resync groups and users that were removed from Substly but still exist in your Entra ID account.
