If you deactivate the Google Workspace integration, Substly will immediately stop syncing users, groups, and token data from your domain.

What will remain

  • Previously synced users will stay in your Substly account.
  • Any manually added data or tags for those users will be preserved.
  • You can still manage those users manually within Substly.

What will stop

  • No more updates from your Google Workspace account will be received.
  • New users or changes in group memberships will not be reflected in Substly.
  • SSO token monitoring via the integration will no longer function.

If you want to resume syncing, simply reconnect the integration and reselect the users/groups to sync.
